Print Ready Formats

Print ready formats are the formats required for use in print for things such as business cards, stationary, flyers, brochures, etc. , and include ai (editable), eps, tiff, jpg 300dpi  (PSD is also included with all print formats but will not be editable unless requested prior to beginning the design process)

How To Request A Revision

1.) Login at http://www.LogoNerds.com/customer   using your username and password

2.) Click on the "details" link located next to your order details

3.) Click on the "Make Revision Request" button.

4.) In the popup window, please let us know what changes you would like to see and then click send.

5.) "Observations" is where you can see all messages sent and received between you and the project manager. This includes concepts, revision requests as well as any other communication between you and the project manager

6.) You will be notified by email when your new revisions are ready to be reviewed

How To Approve Concepts And Receive Final Formats

Once you have had a chance to review your conepts and you don't require any further changes. Simply follow these steps

1.) Login at http://www.LogoNerds.com/customer  using your login name and password

2.) Click on the "details" link located next to your order details

3.) Click on the "Approve Concept" button.

4.) In the popup window, please let us know which concept you prefer and then click send

5.) "Observations" is where you can see all messages sent and received between you and the project manager. This includes concepts, revision requests as well as any other communication between you and the project manager

6.) You will be notified by email when your final concepts are ready for download

Communication between you and your project manager

1.) Login at http://www.LogoNerds.com/customer  using your login name and password

2.) Click on the "details" link located next to your order details

3.) Click on the "Send Admin Message" button.

4.) In the popup window, enter your message or question and then click send

5.) "Observations" is where you can see all messages sent and received between you and the project manager. This includes concepts, revision requests as well as any other communication between you and the project manager

6.) You will be notified by email when you have received a response

When Will I Receive My First Concepts?

All orders are delivered within 3-5 business days. Business days are Monday - Friday 9am-5pm EST. The LogoNerds team is not available over the weekend or over any major holidays. Revisions and finals generally take 2 business days however they can be delivered in 1-3 business days depending on the revision being requested. Some revisions are less time consuming then others. Complete new redesign requests can take an additional 3-5 business days since the process has to be started all over again.
