If you are coaching a college level team such as one of these, there may be colors or an insignia from your college that would be included in the team’s logo, defining them as representing that college. It would be advantageous to consult with the college staff and administrators to get their input on images, colors, and design.
4. Of course, there is the NBA, National Basketball Association teams that are the absolute professionals. These teams deal with millions of dollars and would be hiring a professional design artist, or already have long-standing logos deeply entrenched in their history with the NBA.
